BREATHING
We do it all our lives, almost to the point of been unaware of it. Yet that simple act is what keeps us alive on more than one level. Breathing is more than the physical act of drawing air in and out of the lungs. Breath is the junction point between mind, body and spirit. Our mental state is reflected first in the breath and then in the body. How often do we become aware of our breathing when we are excited, peaceful, stressed or angry? With our breath we control our mental state and keep us stuck in the mental world.

Breathing in Awareness is a different way of breathing. When you breathe trough your diaphragm you take the air in trough your nose and into your belly. This way you take the energy into your core. This act awakens the connection between your physical body and your Spirit. It awakens the intuitive ability to sense. Sensing is the gateway to feelings. Emotional ups and downs are fear pathways of the duality world. Sensing is the experience we have when we allow Spirit to take the lead.
Conscious breathing is awareness of breath in your body. It is the pathway to the answers within you. Living in the state of duality as you have been doing, living with the concept of light and dark, good and bad, masculine and feminine, you’ve also bought into a belief system that says the answers are somewhere else. But indeed they are within you. They come from the most true and the most precious place within, and they can be discovered in the quiet moment, in the moment of breath, in the moment of acceptance of yourself.
Deep rhythmic breathing slows down brain activity and takes you to a place of stillness. It is in this stillness where spirit communicates, not in language but in sense, in feeling. It is here where the subtle and gentle energies of creation swirls. It is from here we live in the New energy. Living from the inner sense outward. In the duality world you live through your physical senses inwards, the result separation and illusion.
Breathe, breathe in the New energy. Become aware of your breath every moment of your life. Breathing brings resolution, it creates acceptance and allowance. Breathe in love, Breathe in compassion, Breathe in life, Breathe in abundance, Breathe in harmony, Breathe in unison with the universe. Breathe......and when you breathe you'll find a place in between the breaths where stillness abides. Linger here for it is the place where you connect with the divine in you.
